Vice Mayor Pro Tem and Council Member Sue Lovell helped celebrate the dedication of the new SPARK Park at Holland Middle School in Pleasantville on Thursday. The SPARK School Park Program is marking its 26th anniversary during SPARK Week, November 16-20.
