Yes, I am on Facebook. Yes, SueLovell.com is now out in version 2.0. And yes, it seems my Blackberry is becoming physically attached to my brain.
I could tell you that the main reason was to increase my ability to communicate with voters, but really – I decided I wanted to be a cool mom. That’s right, I simply gave into my teenager, who said it’s time for his mom to move into the 21st century.
I’m still not convinced, but he is. And frankly, I know it was a smart thing to listen not only to my teenager, but also to the many young, smart people that I know and respect – people who are using these tools to organize their friends and neighbors and make real change every day right here in Houston.
